大致可以看出来，是网络连不上
通过在网上查看这样的信息，发现是以为 Oracle_Home 环境变量设置错误了，其实我已经设置过这个变量，是正确的一个路径，重启后还是同样的，登录不上去。
仔细想想，11g 是不是读取的注册表中的值： 仔细一搜，真找到了几个 ORACLE_HOME 的值；
例如：
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeORACLEKEY_OraClient11g_home1
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeORACLEKEY_OraClient11g_home2
你可以搜一搜，如果搜到了。改掉就好了。 （编辑：李大同）
