xml文件编辑状态自动提示

配置文件中都有类似<!DOCTYPE struts-config PUBLIC
"-//Apache Software Foundation//DTD Struts Configuration 1.2//EN"
"http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_2.dtd">

的信息,提示信息是根据http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_2.dtd 格式进行提示,当我们的环境不能访问外网的时候,开发工具myeclipse则不再自动提示,次数我们可以按照本地的*.dtd文件格式进行自动提示,操作：

window>preference>Myeclipse** Edition>Files and Editors > XML > XML Catalog 点击 add 按钮

Location ：本地*.dtd文件路径地址

Key Type：URI

Key：填写外网*.dtd地址 如http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-config_1_2.dtd
