我已经将Xcode更新到8.1,Xamarin Studio是最新的稳定版本,我已升级到macOS Sierra,但我仍然有这个问题.与我一样的开发环境的同事仍然能够很好地运行项目.我也可以使用相同的设置打开一个不同的iOS项目,它将部署到手机上.

我试过的其他事情：

>完全卸载/重新安装Xamarin Studio.
> Xamarin Studio的Alpha版本.

解决方法

所以这对我有用：

>将调试配置更改为：Debug | iPhoneSimulator>运行解决方案>将调试配置更改回：Debug |苹果手机>运行解决方案
