在网上也找了许多资料，都没有解决方法，最终还是找到正解的解决方法，提供出来，供大家参考：

解决一：官方版

1. Restart your computer in a minimized state before running the installer.（重启系统）

For instructions,see the following documents:

Start Windows in Diagnostic mode (Windows XP)?(kb404860)
Restart Windows in a modified mode (Windows 7 and Windows Vista)?(kb404913)
Start the system in Safe Boot mode (Mac OS X)?(kb404936)?

2. Repair the Microsoft Windows Installer (Windows)（修复系统漏洞）

Repair the Windows Installer.?

Windows XP/Vista?
1. Download and install the newest?Microsoft Windows Installer Redistributable pack.
Windows 7?
1. Choose Start > All Programs > Accessories.
2. Right-click Command Prompt and choose Run As Administrator.
3. In the Command Prompt window,type?sfc /SCANNOW?and press Enter.
4. When the system scan completes,type?msiexec /unreg?in the Command Prompt window,and press Enter.
5. Type?msiexec /regserver?into the Command Prompt window,and press Enter.
Proceed with the Creative Suite 5 or CS5.5 product installation.

3. Preinstall Adobe AIR and the AdobeHelp Payload（卸载之前的AIR和Payload）

Uninstall any copies of AIR. ?

Windows XP

Double-click Add Or Remove Programs.
Select Adobe AIR and click Uninstall.

Windows Vista?

Mac OS X
1. Navigate to the AdobeHelp payload folder.?For example:?

2. Double-click the AIR installer:?

3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
4. Return to the AdobeHelp payload folder.
5. Double-click the file "AdobeHelp.air".
6. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  - If everything installs successfully,run the Creative Suite 5 product installer again.
  - If any errors occur,search the?Adobe Knowledgebase?for solutions.?
解决二：民间版1

卸载以前安装的Adobe，并把相关的安装目录删除干净，再安装

直接删除 C:Program FilesCommon FilesAdobe 目录

如遇不能删除，请使用第三方删除软件（如360 文件粉碎）删除之即可
