解决方法

尝试取消注释[tableView deleteRowsAtIndexPaths:[NSArray arrayWithObject:indexPath] withRowAnimation:YES];

请注意:

(NSInteger)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView numberOfRowsInSection:(NSInteger)部分

应该返回一个小于调用’deleteRows ..’之前的值1

基本的问题是:您正在指示UI删除其中一行,但不从后端删除该行.
