解决方法

使用iOS7进行开发需要您升级到Xcode 5,您可以在Mac App Store中免费找到它.

您仍然可以使用Xcode 5将部署目标保持在7.0以下.

如果你没有配备iOS 6.x的开发iPhone,你可以进入Xcode>偏好>下载以安装iOS6模拟器,命令行工具和任何其他文档.
