???? 上面的红色标题说明的是在浏览器中访问的webservice 的 url 地址，例如你的工程名为：ucmanage.那么你要测试你是否已经发布好 webservice，在浏览器中输入的地址为：? http://127.0.0.1:8080/ucmanage/ws/userService?
