1) flutter doctor

2) flutter clean

解决办法：

1) flutter build ios --release
2) xcode product-->clean
3. flutter ios编译出现错误：

diff: /Users/XXXX/XXXX/XXXX/XXXX/XXXX/ios/Pods/Manifest.lock: No such file or directory
error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run ‘pod install‘ or update your CocoaPods installation.
解决办法：

1) close xcode and enter ios directory
2) rm -rf Runner.xcworkspace
3) pod install
