目前答案是否定的,您不能在Windows 10 / IE或Edge浏览器中使用Flash调试器,因为它们现在是操作系统中的“嵌入式”库.选项是使用Win 10& Firefox或调试Flash时使用Win 8.1.

I have received confirmation that at this time Microsoft does not support the debuggers on Windows 10. We do not have an estimate as to when they will support the debuggers,but when they do,the install links will be added to the Adobe Flash Player Support Center page.
