我尝试设置兼容模式与XP SP2和SP3,尝试Windows 2000.
顺便说一句,它在XP SP2,SP3上运行完美.

安装程序是InstallShield. Windows内置兼容性向导不起作用.
我玩过“以管理员身份运行”等其他设置,并以640×480模式工作 – 没有结果.

其他应用程序(也是32位)工作正常

我见过的唯一一次就是有一个16位应用程序假装是一个32位(一些非常旧的帮助台软件或一些PBX电话工具). Windows 64位没有16位支持.

它甚至可以是一个只使用16位installshield程序的32位应用程序.如果是这种情况,它应该足够简单,可以从installshield包装器中提取应用程序并手动设置它.
