到目前为止,这个问题的确似乎来自于KB982168的更新版本,仅在2003年的服务器上. Microsoft支持怀疑尝试实例化ExtendedProtectionPolicy对象的HttpTransportSecurity构造函数中的一个错误,但是在2003服务器(或XP机器)上的system.dll中不存在此类(可以使用反射器检查).而确实存在于2008年或Vista以上的DLL上.如果问题得到证实,我认为很快就会出现一个热修复.同时建议不要安装更新.有消息通知你.
