好的,所以我找到了一个答案,
有两种方法可以解决它：
1)用源代码安装张量流,这似乎解决了这个问题.
这是通过写作完成的：
docker运行-it b.gcr.io/tensorflow/tensorflow:latest-devel
2)或者,如果您使用常规安装,请先安装检查
默认的VM IP为：

docker-machine ip default

然后,安装后进入http://(default_ip):8888/
