我发现很多升级命令和我系统上的Apache都出现了Segmentation故障.我不知道这是否是主要的,但很多软件包依赖于util- linux：

解决方法

第一种方式：
您必须从packages.ubuntu.com下载dpkg软件包并进行安装.

第二种方式：你必须从packages.ubuntu.com下载dpkg软件包,并在/usr/bin中将它和cp dpkg一起下载
