你好像很困惑. Qt是一个C工具包. KDevelop是一个IDE.

从你的评论我看到你的意思是Qt设计师. Designer不是IDE;它只是一个以图形方式创建用户界面的应用程序.它无法编译代码,调试或执行IDE所做的任何其他事情.
