account to access the specified physical path. However,IIS Manager cannot 
verify whether the built-in account has access. Make sure that the application 
pool identity has Read access to the physical path. If this server is joined to 
a domain,and the application pool identity is NetworkService or LocalSystem,verify that <domain>&;computer_name>$has Read access to the physical path. 
Then test these settings again.

解决方法

1)转到IIS,单击包含虚拟目录的IIS条目.在右键单击“基本设置”以查看它正在使用的appliatino池.

2)转到IIS,转到应用程序池.右键单击您的应用程序池并检查高级设置 – >标识属性以找出它正在使用的用户.

3)转到IIS条目映射到的文件夹,确保将用户添加到此目录.如果你想给它写权限,请给它写.否则,请给它读取&执行很好.
