解决方法

尝试打开命令窗口并运行“git clone …..”命令.如果它工作,这肯定意味着它不是代理/防火墙问题,更可能是Git和VS的问题.

为了解决这个问题,我下载了独立的git安装程序(downloader here),它对我有用.
