无法打开phpMyAdmin(Windows)

我在三天前下载了XAMPP,在尝试打开phpmyadmin时我一直收到此错误.

我甚至没有设置密码,因为我无法打开安全页面,我不断发现页面找不到错误.

我该如何解决？

mysql -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD
