今天在安装完SQL server 2012之后，进入命令行窗口运行sqlcmd命令时，报如下错误：

The application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

环境信息为：
windows server 2008 R2 SP1 X64
VC2010 X64
.net fromwork 4.0
