解决问题：
[root@dou ~]# groff -v

called subprograms:
GNU grops (groff) version 1.18.1.1
GNU troff (groff) version 1.18.1.1
从提示中也可以看到groff的版本过低引起的，所以需要下载groff并安装试试看。
下载groff-1.21.tar.gz然后安装
./configure
make
make install
[root@dou groff-1.21]# groff -v
GNU groff version 1.21
Copyright (C) 2009 Free Software Foundation,see the file named COPYING.
called subprograms:
GNU grops (groff) version 1.21
GNU troff (groff) version 1.21
[root@dou groff-1.21]# perldoc Dancer::Request
