缺省情况下，使用RMAN备份与恢复界面仅仅显示的是日期，而没有具体的时间。有时候需要查看具体的时间，如查看当天多个Incarnation的情形。
对于这个问题，主要是设定环境变量参数NLS_DATE_FORMAT即可，如下文所描述。

3、永久修改RMAN日期及时间格式
??????? 最佳的办法是将该参书直接添加到.bash_profile
