Warning: Running `gem pristine --all` to regenerate your installed gemspecs (and deleting then reinstalling your bundle if you use bundle --path) will improve the startup performance of Spring.

即使在我运行命令’gem pristine -all’之后,服务器也需要很长时间才能重新启动,然后消息会再次出现.为什么这样？
