（1）在交换机加电的短时间内按MODE键，进入交换机的检测模式，提示符为“switch：”

（2）进行交换机的密码恢复配置

? ?switch：rename flash:config.text flash:config.old ? ? ！将flash中保存的配置文件重命名

? ?switch:boot ? ? ? ? ? ！重启交换机

当出现 would you like to enter the initial configuration dialog?[yes/no]: ? ? ！输入no

? ?switch>enable

? ?switch#rename flash:config.old flash:config.text ? ? ！将改名后的配置文件重新该回来

? ?destination filename[config.text]? ? ? ? ? ? ！直接回车

? ?switch#copy flash:config.text system:running-config ? ?！将原有的配置文件保存到内存当中

? ?switch#config terminal ? ? ? ? ?！进入全局模式

? ?switch#enable password cisco ? ? ?！重新设置密码

? ?switch#write memory ? ? ? ? ? ?！保存信息

? ?switch#reload ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?！重新引导系统即可登录
