解决方案：

constructor(props) {
    super(props);
    this.state = {
        listData: testData,onRefresh: false,swiperShow:false,};
}

componentDidMount(){
    setTimeout(()=>{
        this.setState({swiperShow:true});
    },0)
}

renderSwiper=()=>{
    if(this.state.swiperShow){
        return (
