打开项目属性--Flex编译器--参数中的“-locale zh_CN”改为“-locale en_US”

4、在flash builder 中报1046：找不到类型，或者它不是编译是常数：Matrix3D 的解决方法

项目使用的SDK版本变成了4.0改为3.5，异常消失。

以此类推：更高版本的api就需要更高版本的flash builder版本
