Google基于Dart的新移动开发框架Flutter实际上就是以前的Sky SDK，基于Dart语言的移动开发框架，是React Native的竞争对手。

初步看了下，是一个基于Dart语言，灵感来自react Native,支持120 fps刷新率的高性能原生UI，支持Material Design的移动开发框架
