解决方法

通过阅读UIPressesEvent的. Detecting Gestures and Button Presses

override func pressesEnded(presses: Set<UIPress>,withEvent event: UIPressesEvent?) {
    for press in presses {
        if (press.type == .Select) {
           // Select is pressed
        }  else {
            super.pressesEnded(presses,withEvent: event)
        }
    }
}
